We spent 10 wonderful days in the condo in Playa del Carmen between Christmas and New Year. Our vacation was great thanks not only to the magnificent Yucatan sites and climate, of course, but also to the quality of services provided and the warm and efficient welcome we received from Pierre and his colleagues. We thank them and regret that we won’t be able to repeat the experience in the near future because it’s such a long way for us to travel.

Sun Paradise is a modern 12 unit condo complex located on 5th Ave. Bis & Calle 38, just two blocks from Shangri-La Beach, one of the best beaches in the Riviera Maya. The first floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The open plan kitchen , microwave, refrigerator and beautiful wood cabinetry. There are two bedrooms; one has 2 twin beds and the other has a double bed. Utility closet with Bosch washer/dryer. Livingroom with TV, both bedrooms with closet and full "spa" shower. From Sun Paradise you are just steps from the Quinta Ave. and the Shangri-La beach, in Playa del Carmen.
