We spent 10 wonderful days in the condo in Playa del Carmen between Christmas and New Year. Our vacation was great thanks not only to the magnificent Yucatan sites and climate, of course, but also to the quality of services provided and the warm and efficient welcome we received from Pierre and his colleagues. We thank them and regret that we won’t be able to repeat the experience in the near future because it’s such a long way for us to travel.

Sun Paradise is a modern 12 unit condominium complex located on 5th Ave. Bis & Calle 38, just two blocks from Shangri-La Beach.
The ground floor condo has a two story living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a Jacuzzi (sleeps 6). The open plan kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator and beautiful wood cabinetry. There are two bedrooms downstairs; one has 2 twin beds and the other has a double bed. There is a full bath downstairs. Utility closet with Bosch washer/dryer. Upstairs find the gallery/TV room and the master suite, with its king size bed, walk-in closet and full bath with Jacuzzi.
From Sun Paradise you are just steps from the Quinta Ave. and the beaches of Playa del Carmen, also at 20 minutes for the restants beaches of Riviera Maya.
