We spent 10 wonderful days in the condo in Playa del Carmen between Christmas and New Year. Our vacation was great thanks not only to the magnificent Yucatan sites and climate, of course, but also to the quality of services provided and the warm and efficient welcome we received from Pierre and his colleagues. We thank them and regret that we won’t be able to repeat the experience in the near future because it’s such a long way for us to travel.

Amazing Margarita Penthouse is located downtown in Playa del Carmen, the best location ever!
2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, commom area with nice swimming pool, perfect for families or young people.
The Master bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed and even got a cozy terrace.
The second bedroom is considered the kids bedroom, with two funny bunker beds and its own bathroom.
On the upstairs solarium you will find a "palapa" roof which will give you the pefect shade for your partys and Barbecue. There is also a jacuzzi, a shower and a bathroom.
Margaritas Penthouse is ideally located a few blocks from Mamitas Beach Club, the major Supermarkets, and the famous 5th Av.
