Charming, functional house for rent, located a 10-minute walk away from 5th Avenue and the Cozumel ferry, at the far end of a complex of 9 villas, where it is cooled by the gentle Riviera Maya breezes.
This house for rent has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and 1 folding bed). The master bedroom has a complete bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The second-floor bedroom and the ground-floor bedroom also have their own complete bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has 4 sliding doors and opens directly onto a patio, giving the impression that the living room is an extension of the patio. Included in the villa: TV with local cable, DVD player, barbecue, outdoor patio furniture. Washer and dryer available to tenants.
