Rancho Exotic includes two identical luxury houses of 3 bedrooms each in the heart of Riviera Maya Casa Selva and Casa Cascada

Casa Selva and Casa Cascada, are in an extremely private and tranquil Mayan jungle location. This brand new property sits on 60,000 square feet of landscaped gardens complete with a very large wrap around swimming pool, hammock garden, bar with full time barman, and a wonderful cenote with a cave full of ancient stalagmites and stalagtites to explore.  Just 20 mins from Playa del Carmen.

1.       Houses:

Each house has a large shaded verandah on the ground floor facing out to the large pool area. There is a big charcoal grill for your al fresco cook outs! There is plenty of seating in the pool area from the outdoor dining table, to the seating in the bar, to the plentiful sun loungers and chairs.

Better then a small Condo Playa del Carmen Our both houses includes,

2.       Palapa Bar & Pool

Our beautiful palapa it’s the meeting center, it is the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful evening, from the palapa you have a nice view to the pool, and the access to the cenote. Do not miss the Riviera Maya come stay with us.

The bar comes complete with it's own barman and waiter to cater to your every need, and has some great fun swing chairs to sit on whilst sipping your favorite cocktail. There is also a well stocked wine cellar should you wish to purchase some wines. Inside the palapa we have installed plasma tv and sound around so you can have your drink enjoying your favorite sports game or your videos. In the center of the pool area is a staired descent down into the cenote complete with waterfalls and very spectacular night time lighting! The house staff will be happy to guide you into the cave system should you wish to get a gimps of the ancient underground Mayan World.

Here you can take a drink from our select bar filled with the special wines, scotch, cognac and imported liquors.

The prices are just $2usd beer, $3usd cocktails (premium labels not included), or all inclusive drinks $30usd (per day, premium drinks not included)

3.       Cenote

In the Yucatán Peninsula, any surface opening where groundwater can be reached is called cenote, which is a Spanish form of the Maya word d'zonot. The cave systems formed as normal caves underwater, but upper sections drained becoming air filled during past low sea levels. During this vadose, or air filled state, abundant speleothem deposits formed.

Our cenote is connected with the Palapa Party and the pool,with a beautifull cascade  is totally illuminated (underground trail with light) so you can have the ride even in the night, enjoying his particular cascade.
